Our PhD training programmes aim to satisfy current and future needs for competence within research, development, guidance and teaching at universities, other public and private institutions, enterprises and organizations.

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences offers an interdisciplinary research environment and the possibility to take part in national and international research networks. We have a close collaboration with regional health service institutions in Central Norway, and as well as technology research departments at NTNU and SINTEF.
