Vulnerabilities and Justice

Research activity

The research group on Vulnerabilities and Justice​​​​​​​ consists of researchers and professionals with special expertise in the rule of law related to mental health and disability.

Better services and increased legal certainty

The studies range from criminal justice topics, civil law and the practice of health professions in legal contexts. Current Ph.D. studies deal with topics related to Sexual assault and coercion in home-based care.

The research group contributes with research that will improve the quality of services and increase the legal protection for people who need adaptations to achieve equal legal protection, persons with disabilities such as developmental disabilities or mental illness.
