Decision Support in Practice
From Theory to Practice
InvestExL will develop knowledge that supports decisionmakers and policymakers in analysing investment processes in energy systems. We will investigate how learning about changes in framework conditions affect investment behaviour, and also how to translate the knowledge into practice.
Description
We seek to translate the theoretical knowledge on learning, policy uncertainty and agency conflicts into practical applications.
Selected Results
We have organized workshops for industry partners and a winter school to increase dissemination and practical relevance. Furthermore, we have illustrated some of our results on policy uncertainty in an article published in Dagens Næringsliv (Sendstad, 2020).
We have also made an introduction of active learning here.
