The group consists of members with health professional background (nurses, doctors) all of which with a specialisation in e.g. mental health/psychiatry, mental health nursing, public health nursing and/or rehabilitation.

The research group has a wide scope, and address individuals, next of kin and health care professional’s evaluations of their own practice as well as the quality of treatment and care in mental health work/health care by use of questionnaires "Quality in Psychiatric Care” (QPC). The research holds an innovative contribution to the field of mental health care by applying research approaches from validation and psychometric testing of questionnaires as well as descriptive-, comparative- and intervention studies.
