NTNU's Software Farm gives students and employees access to many different software programs - without having to install them. Here you can find more information about and user guides for NTNUs Software Farm.
Here is a list of some relevant farm computing resources:

Only students have access to officefarm.ntnu.no.
Ielfarm.it.ntnu.no is the department's farm computing offer for both employees, PhD students, and 5th year students who are doing their master's work at the Department of Electric Energy. Ielfarm is also used for exercises in different subjects for both master's and bachelor's students. Ielfarm should not be used for jobs that use a lot of memory and / or cpu, and that run for a long time (days) as it can "steal" resources from others who use the machine. Use HPC for this.
