The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) meets on a frequent basis to discuss future research directions, calibrate the research projects and give feedback to the NTNU AMOS key scientists.


	Professor Randal W. Beard Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, USA	Expertise of autonomous control of micro unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) and multiple vehicle coordination and control.
	Professor Robert F. Beck Department of Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA	Expertise on marine hydrodynamics, including resistance, seakeeping, manoeuvering and offshore.
	Associate Professor Gianluca Antonelli Department of Automatic Control, University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, Cassiono, Italy	Expertise on underwater robotics.
	Professor emeritus Torgeir Moan Department of Marine Technology, NTNU	Expertise on marine structures
	Dr. David McKee University of Strathclyde, UK	Expertise on marine optics, remote sensing, optics, oceanography and marine biology
