Staff
The staff is the IT director’s and the Division’s overall strategic advisory group.
The staff should be a driving force in the organization to identify opportunities for new technology by initiating development and innovation in the service portfolio. The staff provides leadership support to the IT Director and Deputy Head. This includes tasks such as strateic planning and consulting, case and process management, and finance.
