The project is managed by Erica Löfström and Christian A. Klöckner, from the research group “Citizens, environment, and safety (CES)”, NTNU
Andrew Perkis (NTNU ARTEC/ NTNUS Art and Technology task force) co-develops and implements the eco-visualizations.
Norsus quantifies the CO2 emission reduction effects achieved in each of the cases by state-of-the-art Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA) based environmental scenario analyses, also assessing the upscaling potential.

Trondheim municipality leads the mobility case, supported by the electric car association, and public transport provider ATB.
Nordbolig leads the housing case as a professional expert on development of integrated housing solutions.

Kristiansund municipality leads the plastic case, supported by eSea Marine who are experts in marine survey and advisery and Replast who are experts on plastic recycling.
Norsus coordinates the food case study together with Østfold Fylkeskommune and contribution from Vitenparken Ås, which is a centre for knowledge and experiences around food and has broad experience with the development and running programs based on interactive and playful pedagogical principles.
Dale elementary school is participating as a link to children as workshop participants in the plastic case, and Sandefjord waste pickers are representing the civil society perspective on plastic waste.
