Deadline: See Important dates on the conference main page

The poster submission category is intended for work that does not fit the paper category, either due to the type of content or to the stage of the research process reported upon.

The poster category allows for submissions much closer in time to the conference than what a full review process permits.

A poster is submitted as an extended abstract (2-4 pages) in LNCS format + a pdf draft of the physical poster. The submission will receive an informal review by members of the program committee. The poster should be submitted to a specific track (NIK, NOKOBIT, NISK or UDIT). Please state in the abstract that the submission is a poster submission.

The extended abstract of the poster will be published in a separate part of the conference proceedings, where it is clearly stated that the submission has not been subject to a full peer-review (and accordingly does not receive credits in the Cristin system).

There will be a session in the conference program for lightning-talk poster presentations.

If the poster submission is accepted, the author needs to bring a physical poster to the conference, to be displayed in mingling areas. The poster must be printed out in advance. The physical poster should be confined to A1 format, portrait orientation.
