We are happy to welcome you to a physical version of NIKT this year! At the same time, we need to minimize the risk of spreading the Corona virus. To achieve this, we follow the national and municipal guidelines, so that we all contribute to a safe and pleasant event.

Generally, the Corona infection risk at NTNU Gløshaugen is considered to be low.

Kindly note:

• During the conference you are recommended to wear a face mask when you cannot keep 1 meter distance. Face masks are available at the conference site.
• All participants are encouraged to take a Covid test right before going to the conference.
  • We have some test kits available for participants who have not been able to take a test before they arrive. For those wishing to use this option, please make sure to arrive at the Registration at least 30 minutes before the first meeting/session you will attend.
• The conference sessions will take place in auditoriums with room for at least twice the expected number of participants.
• For the conference dinner, the restaurant (Palmehaven, Britannia hotel) has ensured sufficient spacing between guests by restricting the number of participants.
• If as a NIKT presenter you cannot be here due to the Covid situation, your publication will still be part of the proceedings. Do not participate at the conference if you are sick.
