Patrick finished his PhD studies in October 2020 here at the NTNU in Gjøvik. His dissertation is about "Deep Learning for Fingerprint Recognition Systems". Patrick brings also more than 10 years of experience in the industry: He has worked as a systems engineer for Dermlog Identitfication Systems GmbH. Currently, Patrick works as computer vision engineer with Nect GmbH. His focus here is on mobile identification solutions.

Patrick is now affiliated with the NTNU again and is looking forward to support the NBL with their projects.
