The rapid development of the internet results in massive amounts of information available, which leads to an increase in cyber threats. A lot of cyber-crimes are challenging detect early, hence difficult to restrict in the early phases of occurring. Cyber-crimes have severe impacts on society in the form of economic disruption, psychological disorder, a threat to national security, etc. Restriction of cyber-crimes is dependent on proper analysis of their behavior and understanding of their impacts over various levels of society.

Behavioral biometrics techniques offer a powerful yet effortless tool in the computer security arsenal that can augment more traditional security techniques and thereby improving overall security. During the day there will be speakers from public organizations, police, academia and commercial companies. The program will include lunch and coffee breaks where there is time to mingle.
