SiManTi Trip to Åre
26 participants from the SiManTi group went on a trip to Åre 9th to 11th of September, which involved of a combination of academic and social activities. That included presentations from the students about their project assignments, courses on writing and presenting, an HSE introduction course and short lectures from the professors that participated. The social activities included nice meals, hiking, pool and spa.
The SiManTi group is a networking group for young researchers who are doing an MSc, PhD or postdoc on high temperature processes, or exchange students. They have been on similar trips before, like the trip to Oxford last fall where there also were participants from South Africa and Oxford.
