This is the programme of study for those who would like to continue studying informatics after having taken a bachelor’s degree.

A master’s degree in informatics will provide you with skills and research competence that will enable you to solve complex challenges through the design and development of digital products and services. This includes making sure the solutions contribute to a sustainable future. 

You will acquire scientific competence within one of the following disciplines:

  • Databases and search
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Software systems
  • Interaction design, gaming and learning technology

The programme qualifies for an advanced level in the discipline and for admission to doctoral degree programmes.

This master's programme is taught in English.
