There will be two poster sessions:

1. Monday September 1, 17.30 – 19.30

2. Tuesday September 2, 17.30 – 19.30

The sessions take place in four locations in two buildings:

In the Aurora hall at Clarion Hotel and in three open areas on ground floor of Pirsenteret.

The areas are marked with green in the venue map. Details on placement will be provided when the program is ready. 

Please place your poster on the poster wall during the lunch break 12.30 – 14.00 the day you will present it.

Please remove your poster immediately after the poster session has been completed.

Poster size maximum: Width 95 cm x Height 130 cm

All poster walls will be numbered and named with the poster titles.

Pins for hanging posters are available on the walls.
