Quality principles

Quality principles

Campus development is not just about buildings—it’s about creating a holistic infrastructure that supports NTNU’s social mission. The quality programme defines the essential characteristics our campus must have to achieve this, based on six quality principles: unifying, urban, efficient, a network of hubs, sustainable, and a living laboratory. These principles ensure that the campus is developed in a way that promotes collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.

For the Unit for campus development, these principles are the foundation of everything we do. They shape our work and influence all activities.
