Ancient Greek and Roman civilisations, along with the broader classical antiquity, represent a principal foundation for science, literature, philosophy, mythology, religion, politics, communication, and education.
The study programme offers comprehensive knowledge of major classical works spanning Western history, from classical antiquity to contemporary times. Students are trained to critically analyse these works in terms of language, cultural context, and current research.
