Course content
The rapid changes and transitions in society bring complex and demanding tasks for people in all types of organizations. This requires creating good conditions for learning and innovation in organizations, for example; developing good relationships, promoting dialogue and a collaborative climate, with a focus on creating good results at the same time. The course supports students being able to meet these requirements by contributing to in-depth theoretical knowledge and capacity building focused on coaching and relational leadership. The course contributes to an understanding of how coaching and the process leader role can be used to facilitate a co-creative and learning organization. Central to the course is to be able to contribute and influence through coaching and relational leadership, using active learning processes and meta-reflection for increased perspective awareness and capacity building.

Learning methods and activities
Dialogic teaching, experiential learning, exercises, and reflections.

- 80 % approved attendance in lectures
- Submission of a reflection log from coaching sessions.
- Approved presentation of videobased coaching sessions.

- Obligatory attendance in the lectures (80%)
- Submission of reflection notes from coaching sessions

Assessment: Submission of an essay with 4500 words +/- 10% (A4, line spacing 1,15, Verdana 10 pt.). The topic for the assignment is given by the course coordinator. The essay's topic will be given in the last lecture. Submitted in Inspera. The deadline will be announced on the topic page.
