About the course

Course content

The course will offer theoretical perspectives, concepts and forms of practice that deal with how to achieve increased self-reflection, self-development and coping with stress in life and work. We will offer insights from Eastern wisdom and science, such as yoga-psychological concepts for human transformation, self-regulation and development. We will also discuss central perspectives and concepts from analytical psychology and depth psychology, especially active imagination which incorporates creativity into self-development. All of these are holistic perspectives, which focus on the whole person and on transformation, which is central to us.
