This is a sector specific course aimed at employees in the Electric Power sector in Norway.

The course focuses on the following topics: characteristics of organizing business in projects, project management, project leadership, stakeholder management, project objectives, project models, project selection, project organizing, team development, knowledge management, communication, project control, uncertainty management in projects, etc.
