Course content

The course aims to increase competence in service design as an approach to holistic service development. In recent years, the use of digital technology has become an important part of public services. In this course, you learn about service design and how to use methods and tools to create value for the user, the business and society. In the course Service Design for Better Digitalization in Health, we combine learning through theory and practical exercises.

The facilities and organisation of the subject are chosen based on the target group's everyday life and the opportunity to participate in teaching while working. In the course, the course participant will have a close dialogue with and anchor the project work with their company.

The objective of the project work is threefold: (1) the course participant learns to link digitalisation in health to service design (2) the topics must be relevant to the participants and their activities, and (3) the organisation builds important competence that they bring with them in their further work. It will be an advantage for the company if several colleagues take the course at the same time.
