Learning outcome

Knowledge

  • The student gains insight into the fact that project work constitutes an increasingly important form of collaboration that is used both for the continuous development of organizations and for the implementation of both large and small assignments internally and externally in Norwegian companies.
  • The student gains in-depth insight into the parts of the project work, goal formulation, planning and follow-up. The implementation part pays special attention to the teaching.

Skills

  • The student has an overview of methods and techniques used in design, implementation and follow-up of projects.
  • The student also has an overview of creative approach and methodology such as the establishment of detailed action plans.

General competence

The student should be able to initiate and lead complex projects. As project manager, the student will establish quantitative goals and put these into an action plan. As a manager, he will quality assure the entire project work to hand over the customer.

In accordance with the study regulations, a re-sit exam for a project assignment is not arranged
