Course content
In semester 2C the teaching includes the following topics: orthopedics, psychiatry, child- and adolescent psychiatry, dermatology/venereology, plastic surgery, pathology, pharmacology, emergency medicine, rheumatology and radiology/imaging.
The teaching is organized in thematic weeks. Lectures, clinics, seminars and courses are given on Mondays, partly Tuesdays and Fridays, while clinical teaching and PBL (problem based learning) are given the rest of the week throughout the semester. In addition to the respective clinical departments, other departments and institutes are also integrated in the teaching. The students (except foreign students) will also, during autumn in the fourth year, choose their topic for their main thesis, get a supervisor and submit a protocol before 31 January 31 in the next semester. If the students don't pass 2C in the autumn semester, they are allowed to continue in 2D in the following spring semester. Resit exam will go on in august. The students who do not pass the exam will have to resit only the part of the exam they did not pass, i.e. either the oral or the written exam (or both).

Required previous knowledge
Admisson to CMED and successfully completed 3 year of medical school (MD4030/MD4031).
