About the course
Course content
The course is held by appointment. The course will give an introduction to a central mathematical topic that are not covered during the usual curriculum. The topics will vary from time to time.
Learning outcome
The student is able to recognize, understand and apply concepts and methods from a central topic in mathematics not covered by the usual curriculum.
Learning methods and activities
There will be an oral exam that counts 100 % towards the final grade. Other types of activities will vary from time to time.
