About the course

Course content

This course combines a period of work placement with the writing of a bachelor's thesis that marks the end of the BA degree. The work placement lasts for about 4 weeks and the thesis should be between 15 and 20 pages.

The course is closely tied to different institutions connected to practical work in the literature field and cultural heritage. The content of the project work will vary according to the different cooperating institutions and the interests of the individual student. The thesis will be written under supervision.

Students who do not have the opportunity for an internship may, upon application to the department, write an assignment without an internship. The thesis should be based on a text originally written in Greek or Latin. The assignment must include a translation of this text.
