Learning outcome
After completing the course, you as the builder's representative will be able to organize and lead a smaller construction project. The focus is extra on the consequences of digitalization of the industry.
This means that you must have
- Good knowledge of legislation, standards and other conditions that regulate external and internal conditions in a construction project
Furthermore, you must be able to
- analyse how legislation/ Standards emphasis is placed on court decisions
- find and evaluate up-to-date knowledge of topics within the subject
- explain important challenges related to digitalization of the industry
- applying audio and video production software
- communicate results to peers
Learning methods and activities
Emphasis is placed on discussions and reflections on specific issues that have been dealt with in legal disputes. Lectures are largely available as pre-recorded videos, and the planned campus lessons are largely used for student activities and publicrelations.

Further on evaluation
The assessment consists of two partial exams, one of which is an individual school exam with a duration of 2 hours. The second part consists of an individual academic text.. Both parts must be passed to get a final grade in the course.
