Course content
The subject’s goal is to provide an overview of and insight into the importance technology for the field of business administration. Through an introduction to theory of technology understanding, students will learn to identify and discuss issues related to the development, procurement and implementation of technology. Students will learn sufficiently about digital technologies to understand a certain scope of application areas and what happens when processes are digitized.

- has broad knowledge of technology understanding
- has knowledge of different theoretical perspectives on technology
- has knowledge of the relationships between trends in technology development and the impact on the field of business administration
- has knowledge of ethical dilemmas related to digitization and technology use
- can update their knowledge of the main types of digital technology for organizations
