Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, you will be able to,

  1. Have in-depth knowledge of concepts, perspectives, and models of digitalization (LO1)
  2. Know and be able to discuss digitalization strategies and the potential for value creation (LO2)
  3. Be able to understand the impact of digitalization on employee well-being, human-AI interaction and how to lead in the digital age (L03)
  4. Be able to develop strategic digitalization plans, implement and lead the digital transformation process (LO4)

Learning methods and activities

The course allows for active participation and discussions. We use some lectures to discuss key concepts and models, while others will be workshops to give you the opportunity to explore and discuss problems and issues. You will also have opportunities to work with other course participants in groupwork. We also invite guest industry practitioners to come and share experiences of their organization’s digitalization projects.

Exam:

There will be a project exam that counts 100% of the grade.

In order to be approved for the exam, you will have to pass a mandatory group assignment, which you have to present orally.
