Researchers want to have a good and productive work environment in their own research group. But how do you do that - and is it just one way to Rome?
In this webinar, you will meet researchers at NTNU who have experience in building research groups and contributing to career building for younger researchers. They will share thoughts on how they have formed a good working environment promoting others and their own careers.

Asta Håberg is an experienced researcher who has managed both small and larger research groups. She will advise on how to make a creative working space for research.

Asgeir Sørensen thinks it is important to be a good role model for younger researchers and create space for them to create their own research career.

Elin Angelo is contributing to build a culture for working in research groups within her scientific area where there are no long tradition for working in research groups.
