These days, after having done a survey about possibilities for doing the education in ICT for long term patients to strengthen their possibilities to come back to work-life, the social-workers in the program are getting training. The social workers report both positive and challenging, it is positive to be part of such a positive projects, but have been challenging to find places to do the patient training. The patients not only need ICT skills but also need motivational support to start the training. The training program for social workers therefore involve both.
