ERC Grants - most prestigious

The most prestigious funding

An ERC grant from the European Research Council is the most prestigious funding a researcher can receive.

The ERC offers 4 core grant schemes: Advanced Grants, Consolidator Grants, Starting Grants and Synergy Grants. With its additional Proof of Concept Grant scheme, the ERC helps grantees to explore the innovation potential of their ideas or research results.

The NV Faculty has researchers represented in all four grant schemes.

ERC grants support projects carried out by an individual researcher who can employ researchers of any nationality as team members.
