There will be a welcome reception at Clarion Hotel Trondheim Sunday afternoon, just after the Opening Plenary lecture.

The cost of the reception will mainly be covered by the registration fee, but for the sake of planning the event, we ask that reception participation be ticked when registering and a fee of NOK 150.

Sunday evening, all attendees are invited to a complimentary organ concert in Nidaros Cathedral, Norway´s national sanctuary, hosted by the community of Trondheim

There are several organs in Nidaros Cathedral, including the church's main organ, the Steinmeyer Organ, a romantic instrument from 1930, built by the German company G.F. Steinmeyer. We also have a cultural treasure in the northern transept; the Wagner organ - a baroque organ from 1741, built by German organ builder Joachim Wagner. Large Baroque organs in such good condition are unusual, and the organ is considered a national treasure.

Congress dinner will be organized at the conference venue. This will be a joint event for all participants that starts with sharing a meal, followed by socializing, music and entertainment. Tick the box for the congress dinner when registering for the congress if you want to join the meal. If you just want to be a part of Part Two, after the meal, it's included in the participant fee.
