Registration for EuropaCat 2025 is open! Please click the link below for registration.
Deadline for Early birds is June 1, 2025.
The early bird registration fees are shown in the table. 100 NOK is approximately 8.5 Euro as of January 2025.

In addition to access to the scientific program, the prices include
- Coffee and break snacks every day
- A full lunch at the congress venue Monday - Thursday
- The concert in Nidaros Cathedral Sunday evening
- Entrance to the Congress dinner party at Clarion Hotel Trondheim, Part two (after the meal). There will be live music and a good atmosphere for socializing.
* For accompanying persons, the fee includes the Sunday evening reception and the concert in Nidaros Cathedral. Companions can register and pay for the congress dinner. They do not have access to the scientific program or the lunches.

Please note that other major events are taking place in Trondheim during the same period as Europacat 2025. Therefore, we recommend that you book accommodation as soon as you have decided to attend.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of cancellation of your registration, please notify Congress Secretariat by email: europacat2025@konferanser.ntnu.no
