The hotel collaborates with the next door Pir-senteret (1 minute walk dictance) with 2 newly renovated lecture rooms and space for poster sessions to offer a perfect venue for EuropaCat2025. Short distances between the spaces assure a compact conference.  

Clarion Hotel Trondheim has one of Trondheim’s largest professional kitchens with extensive experience in preparing and serving excellent food to large groups of people.  By including a common lunch for all conference participants in the conference area, valuable time can be dedicated to scientific and social networking.

There is an option for companies or other groups needing one or more meeting rooms during the congress to rent rooms at their own expense.
