About the division
The Development and Governance Division is responsible for comprehensive development and management of NTNU as a publicly funded university. This includes both governance at the system level and operational business management at the institutional level.
In addition, the divison manages process ownership for organizational development, benefits realization, and leadership development, and is responsible for large, comprehensive development projects.
The divison also has responsibilities within overarching compliance, document management, and security and preparedness. The divison offers legal services in all areas of law, except for HR and education.
The divison consists of three sections: the Section for Case Management and Documentation Management, the Section for Development and Governance, and the Section for Security and Preparedness. Additionally, the divison director has a leadership support team that provides strategic advice and communication.
