You should notify your head of department and administrative support.

For EU projects (ex. Horizon Europe, ERC, etc.) make sure to add your project economist to the EU Funding & Tenders Portal as a participant contact.

Before the project can begin, the budget and planned activities need to be revised to align with the actual awarded funds. The revised budget will also detail all planned activities and when they will occur.

This can be completed in collaboration with your project economist.
