Join or help organize a international student festival where 450 students from more than 100 countries gather for dialogue and sharing experience
Student Democracy
Students are involved on every level to lead and develop NTNU as an institution, and makre sure students' voices are heard in all discussions and an all levels.
Student Parliament
The highest student organ at NTNU. 25 elected representatives debate and decide on the students' behalf to make a better university
Welfare Council
The Welfare Council works politically with the Student Welfare Organization (Sit), the municipality and the state to ensure a best possible daily life for students
Students on the NTNU board
Two students sit on the board of directors, NTNU's highest organ. These are elected once a year in the spring semester.

Students are represented on every level of NTNU's management and everywhere decisions are made
International Student Organizations
NTNU has more than 4000 international students, with various interest associations of their own. These organize everything from trips around Norway to family activities and movie nights.
Erasmus Student Network
ESN
ESN Trondheim works to integrate international students in the student life at NTNU. Throughout the year ESN arranges trips, parties, excursions, and meetings.
AIESEC
A student run non-profit providing opportunities to do professional or volunteer work abroad for a few months. Students can also join the AIESEC itself to gain useful experience.
Board of European Students of Technology
BEST
BEST works in close collaboration with student associations and university authorities to improve the exchange of technological students in Europe.
International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience
IEASTE
IAESTE provides students with technical experience abroad related to their studies. For many, this takes the form of short professional placements abroad.
