TRE-HIIT
Isolated and combined effects of time-restricted eating and high-intensity interval training in women with overweight/obesity
– TRE-HIIT
Time-restricted eating (consuming all energy within a limited time-window each day) and high-intensity interval training are two strategies to improve metabolic health.
In this trial, we investigated the isolated and combined effects of these two lifestyle interventions among reproductive-aged women with overweight or obesity. We completed enrolment of participants in 2021.
