High-intensity interval training in the form of exergaming
Physical inactivity is a global problem, and many do not meet the current recommendations for physical activity. Through several studies, we are investigating whether active videogaming (exergaming) could be an alternative exercise strategy for children, adolescents, and adults.
We have investigated whether playing an active video game (so-called "exergame") can be an alternative training method.
