International Comparative Research on Vocational Education and Training
The project is a joint effort to create an international network for high quality research on sustainability and inequality in vocational education and training (VET). VET ensures skills development in a wide range of occupational fields and plays a key role in facilitating school-to-work transition. Our primary goals are to co-create new and groundbreaking knowledge and perspectives on VET systems in Norway, Germany and possibly other European countries. An international collaboration enables us to highlight the specific relation VET systems have to other sectors of the educational system and to regional, national and European labour markets and in the transition between them.
