*Both the MSc in Information Security and the Experience Based Master’s in Information Security are offered as full time and part time studies, in order to accommodate for studies in combination with professional careers.
**The Security and Cloud Computing MSc is a double degree, whereas the 1st study year is taught at Aalto University in Finland and the 2nd year is offered at NTNU.

Students on the programme in Communication Technology also have the opportunity of taking an integrated PhD degree from the fifth year of study and the second year of study respectively.

For students enrolled in Cyber Security and Data Communication and Digital Infrastructure and Cyber Security the department also offers an integrated PhD starting from the 4th or 2nd study year.
