About the group:
Our aim is to develop new knowledge about tools and methods for development of health professionals’ expertise. Particularly, we focus on health professionals who are responsible for patients and inhabitants with long-term, often demanding, conditions. These represent a significant societal challenge.
Our research involves methods for knowledge development, use of enabling technology, and various tools for documentation and decision-support to promote a sustainable healthcare service.
To ensure insight into needs and current issues for practitioners, our group consists of employees from relevant practice communities, in addition to researchers, lecturers and fellows in academic nursing and related fields.
