Internet of Things
Internet of Things (IoT)
Internet of Things (IoT) technology is tightly connected to the digital transformation of the society and is strongly multidisciplinary. The technology is used in a large variety of domains – moving out of traditional ICT and ranging from e-health to Industry 4.0.
The technology denotes a system embracing a network of devices that may typically contain electronics, sensors, software, machine learning, communications, and actuators, with various combinations of interaction in terms of sensing, communication, computation, and control.
