About

I am a researcher in the Experimental Fluids group at NTNU working closely with Prof. R. Jason Hearst. I am also the coordinator of the NTNU Fluid Mechanics Laboratory.

In my role as the Fluids Lab & Equipment Coordinator, I am responsible for maintaining the facilities and equipment within the fluids lab to ensure smooth operation. I also collaborate with external, often non-scientific, users who require our facilities for testing purposes. My process starts with understanding their specific needs, designing appropriate experiments, and then executing the project.

Research

My research is focused on experimental fluid mechanics. With extensive experience in wind tunnel and water channel testing, as well as state-of-the-art fluid measurement techniques, my work spans a variety of topics. These include aero- and hydro-dynamics, turbulence, bluff body wakes, jets, shear layers, hydrogen combustion, aircraft wings, boundary layers, and wind energy.
