- Coordinate the doctoral programme at the faculty between departments and doctoral committee
- Secretary of the Doctoral Degree Committee
- Administration related to admission and completion of the PhD Programme
- Faculty representative in relation to PhD candidates, supervisors, departments and other faculties at NTNU on matters concerning doctoral education.
- Updating the faculty website regarding research and PhD
- Main responible for the following Departments: IMT, IHB
