- Announcements/hiring related to teaching assistants and various student positions
- Institute contact for IDI ambassador program, Teknostart, and ITV - IDI
- Final settlements for temporary employment and retrieving reports in HR Insight
- Monitoring the completion of educational basic competence and Norwegian language courses
- Attesting and providing confirmations (employment, Norwegian courses, housing deposits, foreign stays, etc.)
- Handling tasks from the Faculty of Engineering (submissions and possible updates)
- Contract agreements, P-6 time registration, travel expenses
- Archiving in connection with the transition to a new case/archive system (BOTT SA)
