As HR Adviser, my main responsibilities are connected with recruitment support, HR advice and processes, Bevisst Bemanningsplan, and HR-related communications channels/content.
Within recruitment support, I have responsibility for Postdoc and Researcher positions in IndEcol, and academic/adjunct positions across EPT.
The HR function at EPT covers various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, workplace environment and management support. Each member of the team has responsibility for particular areas and we provide cover for each otherduring absences.
