About

Teaching

I have been teaching various courses in the (M)GLU, KFK and Lærerspesialist programmes, as well as supervising bachelor and master students.

Research

I am participating in the research project Reasoning and proving in primary education (ProPrimEd), and teaching and learning of reasoning and proving is my primary research interest at the moment.

Background

I hold a master's degree in mathematics, teacher education (PPU) with mathematics and informatics and a PhD in algebra from NTNU. My PhD thesis was called Derived categories of gentle and skewed-gentle algebras: A combinatorial approach (2015). I have been in teacher education since 2015 and my current research is exclusively within the field of mathematics eduation.

Research

  • Undervisningspraksiser i matematikklærerutdanining

Resonnering og bevis på barnetrinnet (ProPrimEd)

Samarbeid mellom forskere ved ILU og lærere i Trondheim kommune. Delvis finansiert av Norges Forskningsråd.
