Current research:
Design of low-cost and carbon-resistant Ni-based mesoporous silicas for chemical CO2 utilization through tri-reforming of methane (MesoSi-CO2). MesoSi-CO2 is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation program under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship.

Research/work skills:
Heterogeneous catalysis, environmental chemistry, chemical CO2 utilization, dry reforming of methane, partial oxidation of methane, carbon dioxide reforming combined with partial oxidation, tri-reforming of methane. Removal of NOx: selective catalytic reduction with NH3, N2O decomposition.
Experience with preparation of materials: metal mixed-oxides, mesoporous materials. Extensive experience with catalytic testing that involves the conversion of gaseous reactants over solid catalysts.
