Iris Aasen Brecke is a research advisor at the Research Support Office at the Faculty of Humanities. She is the administrative coordinator for NTNU’s Centre for Medieval Studies, located at the faculty.

Education
I hold a PhD in Latin literature from the Department of Historical and Classical Studies, Faculty of Humanities, NTNU, and defended my thesis Ovid’s Terence: Allusion and Tradition in the Love Elegies and Beyond in October 2020. I have a Master’s degree in Ancient Culture and Classical Tradition from the University of Oslo (UiO), and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Latin from NTNU.
